Prospect Heights provisions shop and food-lover’s paradise Bklyn Larder—owned, of course, by the same folks who brought you Franny’s—has introduced a cheese subscription service that celebrates the “seasonality of cheese,” which we didn’t know was a thing either! Each month, you, or the person you very, very kindly buy it for, will receive three half-pound blocks of fresh-cut cheeses. Subscriptions are available for three, six, or twelve months, and they’ll set you back about $65 per month—perfectly reasonable given the high quality and careful curation.
